Shipping policy

I am a small business operating on the UK, so ask all my customers to be mindful of this when ordering.

Orders may take up to 3-5 business days to dispatched unless informed otherwise in the UK. Orders outside of the UK can take 2-3 weeks.

 

Cancellation policy

Once an order is made you have up to 24 hours or until the time dispatches to change your mind. Once this timeframe has passed unfortunately not cancellations can be made.

 

Duties & Tariffs

If you live outside of the UK, especially in the USA, your order may be subject to tariffs or duty fees. This will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
