Returns Policy
Once you have received your order order you have up to 14 days to request a return.
Change of mind returns
If you have received your order a changed your mind, that’s okay, happens to the best of us. You will have 14 days to request a return. Once confirmed and I receive the items back and are satisfied with the items, then a refund shall be issued to you (excluding any postage costs).
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, including all packaging. If items are returned used or damaged they will be exempt from any refund. If exempt items are sent back incorrectly and you would like them returned to yourself, it is the customers responsibility to pay any additional postage costs.
Damages and Issues returns
I ask all my customers to double check all items once received and if there are any issues to reach out to me immediately. All concerns will be dealt with in a timely manner.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, I do not offer any exchanges.
Cancellation policy
Once an order is made you have up to 24 hours or until the time it dispatches to change your mind. Once this timeframe has passed, unfortunately no cancellations can be made.
Shipping policy
I am a small business, operating on the UK, so ask all my customers to be mindful of this when ordering.
Orders from the UK may take up to 3-5 business days to dispatched unless informed otherwise. Orders outside the UK can take 3-4 weeks.
Duties & Tariffs
If you live outside of the UK, especially in the USA, your order may be subject to tariffs or duty fees. This will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
